SERVICES OF FREEZE-DRYING, SPRAY DRYING AND PRESSURE GRANULATION
CELIKO not only sells products, but also offers its Partners a service of lyophilization of the delivered raw materials. We are also ready to provide services including the development of new technologies.
Our experience in the area of spray drying allows for providing the following services:
- production of fruit and vegetable powders from raw materials delivered by the customer
- development and production of new products according to individual orders
- drying of good flavorings
- drying of natural colorings
Our experience in pressure granulation allows for providing granulation services on the basis of products (spray dried powders) delivered by the Customer.
Most frequently we provide granulation services using the following powders:
- fruit powders
- powdered flavors
- powdered functional additives (e.g. powdered honey, smoke flavoring on a carrier agent, L-carnitine, spirulina, Gucirina Cambogia extract, vitamin mixtures).
PACKAGING SERVICES
We provide services of packing products into the packages included in our catalog. Our customers can negotiate sizes and basis weights.
We can pack freeze-dried products (fruit and vegetables) in retail doypack bags (with or without string).
